Nokia call these smartphones. There is some justification for the apparent hyperbole. These phones are extremely capable. Whilst this one looks like its stable-mate, the 6680, it has significantly more functionality and is a lot lighter. It is truly smart. However, the problem that Nokia might have here is the competition. Whilst their smartphones as exemplified by the N-series are very versatile and there can be no concern within the Nokia faithful flock, the aesthetic (looks) side of things might need some work if they are to effectively compete with the likes of Sony Ericsson W950i or Blackberry Pearl amongst those without brand allegiance.
